Description
Solora has been a leading supplier of ACC home and community support services since 2012. We partner with national health organisations, Māori health providers and smaller community focused suppliers to connect people with personalised, innovative and local support.
Specialising in ACC Care and Sensitive Claims, Solora offers a choice of service providers for kiritaki/clients and whānau, national coverage, and a centralised team of highly experienced health professionals and coordinators.
Solora has access to a wide range of specialist services across New Zealand Health Group, the nation’s largest home care and community support, to enhance our offering for people with short-term, long-term, and complex needs. This can include access to social and vocational rehabilitation, training, disability support, clinical treatment, allied health, and psychology services for advice, peer support, or integrated service delivery. We pride ourselves on insightfully matching kiritaki/clients with our highly experienced Partners, to ensure that they receive timely support which meets their particular needs.

Staff
Services are coordinated by Solora’s experienced team of nurses and service coordinators, while care is provided by qualified and experienced support workers, nurses, and allied health personnel through our highly experienced and national network of partners.

How do I access this service?
Referral
ACC Home & Community Support: A medical professional can send a letter of recommendation to ACC on behalf of a client to access services.
ACC Sensitive Claims: Referrals can be made by a medical professional such as a family doctor, nurse, hospital staff, or ACC case owner.
