Description
The Bream Bay Community Support Trust supports whānau within the community, through our range of services including Community Connectors, Social Workers, Youth Mentor Support, Family Violence Prevention, Mana Wahine group, Ha Tāne group, weekly community connection hui gathering and budgeting advice.
MSD, Corrections, Mental Health Support, Kaupapa Māori Primary Health Care Services, Retinal Screening, Plunket, Workbridge, SPCA are some of the services that operate from our facility.
