Community Connections' Supported Living services are designed to assist you to live in your own home and community.
Our Te Pou Hononga services provide enhanced support for people who have long-term physical, mental health, intellectual disabilities, sensory impairments and high-and-complex behavioural needs.
Employment Connections has been providing school transition and employment services in the wider Wellington region for more than 20 years. We work with employers, job seekers, schools, students and whānau/family.
Everyday Networks provides peer support groups which celebrate diversity, focus on people’s strengths, build capacity and confidence and utilise natural networks.

Employment support

Employment Connections offers support to job-seekers, school leavers, their families/whanau and employers to help break down barriers to employment for disabled people and people with long-term mental or physical health barriers. If you are unsure about eligibility, you are welcome to contact us for a chat.

There is a cost to belong to Everyday Network. This can be privately funded, or allocated through DSS (NASC) support hours if being a member meets the goals of your needs assessment. Please contact us to check for funding eligibility.

Youth mentoring / development

Transition is the process of planning the changes in your life once you stop going to school. Together we make a plan for your future by finding options and giving you the opportunity to try out new things. You can access support through the Ministry of Education's ongoing resource scheme (ORS) funding or by using your personalised budget to pay for your support. Read more about ORS here.
