HALT - Horowhenua Abuse Liaison Team - supports people and families suffering domestic abuse or violence by connecting people with the right kind of help
While we don't provide any direct services, the team collaborates with all relevant organisations and agencies to offer the right service at the right time to those in need, while also monitoring their progress.

While HALT works mostly on referrals from the Police or other channels you can take the first step for yourself or your family and reach out to us directly here on our website or by phone. We'll put our network into action for you.

We predominantly work on referrals from the Police, Oranga Tamariki, Community Corrections, Manawatu Prison.
