Mana Social Services is a Māori provider offering free social work services including counselling, particularly in regard to family violence.
We provide a range of Social Work Support services including anger management counselling, family violence support, and we operate a Social Work in Schools programme where our social workers are placed to work with tamariki/whānau on the school sites.
We offer Court referred Restorative Justice Processes in Rotorua, Whakatāne, Ōpōtiki, Taupō and Tokoroa to give people affected by crime the opportunity to talk about the impact of the offending and to allow those who have done the wrong to accept responsibility and to put things right as much as possible.
Mana Social Services aims to provide effective services that meet the diverse needs of its clientele and respect their cultural backgrounds.
