Description

Masterton Foodbank supplies emergency food parcels to people that need support within the Masterton district. These food parcels are in addition to what clients are already buying.

Food parcels can be ordered by phoning (06) 370 8034 and talking to the operator, who will give you a specific time to come and collect a parcel. We do our best to provide a nutritious variety of food and other useful items to help individuals, couples & families.

Our staff are mostly volunteers.

How do I access this service?

Referral

A referral is preferable as we may be able to offer clients other supporting services if required. eg budgeting advice.

Contact us

Clients and preferably agencies can call (06) 370 8034 in the morning and a time is given to pick up the parcel.

ID and proof of address will be needed.

Walk in

For clients that aren't associated with an agency you can access 6 food parcels in a 12 month period. Proof of address and name will be required.

We rely totally on donations & grants to enable us to provide the food parcels.
