While our service closes at 3pm (and 1pm Friday), staff are onsite for hui, training, or other client-related work until at least 4pm.

Ferguson Place is located between McDonalds and BP on Fairy Springs Road.
Public Transport
Te Aratu Trust is accessible via public transport with a bus stop on Fairy Springs Road 400m away.
The Accessibility Concession with BayBus provides free transport across the BoP for anyone who is permanently unable to drive and meets the eligibility criteria. Te Aratu Trust is an approved assessor and assists enrolled ākonga to gain this concession.
Total Mobility scheme (subsidised taxi fares) eligibility for enrolled ākonga can also be assessed free of charge in partnership with Te Arawa Whānau Ora.
Parking
Limited onsite parking is available including one disability park.
We have a reserved park for vehicles doing drop-off and/or pick-up and another reserved for Manuhiri (visitors).
