WACT provides a high level of community development with the purpose of growing the skills, knowledge and potential of those we serve. The drive of WERA Aotearoa Charitable Trust is clear “To see families and their communities become healthier, more independent and autonomous.”

We have extensive experience in assisting communities, families and individuals towards strategies that are self sustaining, empowering and profitable.
Staff
Our kaimahi have worked in whānau and community development at local, regional and national levels giving us a mix of experiences, backgrounds and qualifications.
It is our aim to have all kaimahi trained to at least diploma level in all services to ensure we are well equipped for quality service delivery.
