Access Community Health Midlands

Community Health Service

7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Access is one of New Zealand's leading healthcare providers, specialising in home-based healthcare and support. We work with the Ministry of Health, DHBs and ACC, among others, to support people to live independently in their own homes.

Access Community Health Midlands covers the Waikato, Bay of Plenty and Lakes region.

Access believes that health involves the whole person, not merely the absence of disease or ill health. The enjoyment of the highest attainable standard of health is a fundamental right of everyone. We develop your support plan (your specific services) in partnership with you and your family or whānau. This ensures you play a part in the services you receive.

Midlands Home and Community Services cover:

  • ACC Services - including injury rehabilitation, home support and spinal & head injury support
  • Aged Care & Dementia - including home support and post-discharge support
  • Individualised Funding - giving you the flexibility and control to manage your own funding
  • Disability Support - including home support
