Our vision is to inspire people to live well with dementia. As a key player in the dementia journey, Dementia Lakes supports people with dementia and their family/whānau through a range of services across the Lakes region.

We believe that with the most up to date support programmes, improved environments, and connections to community, people affected by dementia can continue to live an enriching and enjoyable life.

Staff may be away from the office during these hours. Please leave us a message and we will get back to you.

Home support

Our Support Coordinators are available to visit clients and family/whanau in their homes and they can follow up with regular phone calls, and/or emails or letters.
