Description
Health Services for young people
We deliver confidential and free health general practice to young people aged 10 to 25 years where they live and learn. We focus on a wellness approach to the needs of young people and liaise closely with various agencies to ensure health recommendations are completed.
Health Connections are experts in youth health. Using a strength based youth specialty enhanced primary care model, we deliver an agile and focused health service direct to children and young people in the environment they live and study in.
The health services that Health Connections deliver are innovative and responsive to the diverse holistic health needs of all children and young people, in particular Māori and Pasifika.
Health Connections have 2 locations -145 St George St and 13 Maidstone St.
