Rapid antigen tests (RATs) can be collected at this site. Pre-ordering is not required.
RATs collection is available 9 am - 3pm Monday - Friday when the clinic is open, by ringing the doorbell and asking for them. If you have covid please advise the person at the door and please wear a mask.
Health Reporoa ia a nurse led only community primary health care service, covering the areas of Reporoa, Waikite Valley, Rerewhakaaitu and Kaingaroa Forest Village.
Health Reporoa is contracted by Te Whatu Ora Lakes and ACC.
Health Reporoa is a Not for Profit organisation overseen by a voluntary committee.

After hours or during the weekends you can contact Healthline on 0800 611 116 for free advice, your GP Practice on call, Lakes Primecare in Rotorua or ED at your local Hospital.
Health Reporoa can only offer basic first aid help in any emergency

Please note that the Reporoa clinic hours are from 9am - 3 pm Monday to Friday and Kaingaroa Wednesday and Fridays from 9.30 to 12 Midday.
Please phone to make an appointment for Reporoa on 07 333 7301 or Kaingaroa on 07 366 9718 for assistance or advice as we operate in the community after this time until 4 pm when Health Reporoa closes. Staff maybe busy doing District Nursing, Public Health in Schools or Health Checks out and about in the community and may not be avalaible until the next day when clinic opens again.
In an Emergency ring 111 and speak to the operator.
We are closed for all Public Holidays. District Nursing Services as prearranged at this time.
