Description
We provide holistic specialist palliative care and lead awareness and education about hospice in our community.
We have a team of Palliative Care Nurses, Family /whānau support and a Te Tumu Manaaki (cultural advisor), supported by a small administration team and volunteer group.
How do I access this service?

Referral
If you or a family member are suffering from any life limiting illness, including cancer, you can access the free Hospice Mid-Northland service by:
- speaking to your GP or health professional and asking them to refer you
- contacting Hospice Mid-Northland directly.
