We support people in all services to have a plan that clearly sets out what goals and outcomes they want to achieve. This means we need to get to know them well to be able to support and work with them to meet their goals.
Through a person-centred approach people are supported to think about what they want to achieve and how this can be supported by family/whānau, friends, community networks and IDEA Services.
In residential, vocational and day services, we support people to have a personal plan and achieve their goals.
