Book online
You can book an appointment online at bookmyvaccine.nz

Book over the phone
If you’d prefer to book by phone, call the COVID Vaccination Healthline on 0800 28 29 26. All calls are free and the team are available from 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week. You can ask for an interpreter if you need one.

When you call, it’s a good idea to have your NHI (National Health Index) number ready. This will make the booking process quicker. You can find your NHI number on a prescription, x-ray or test result, or a letter from the hospital.

Getting a COVID-19 vaccine is an important step you can take to protect yourself, your kaumātua and whānau from the effects of the virus. For more information on the COVID-19 vaccines and eligibility visit Ministry of Health - COVID-19 vaccines

The majority of routine vaccinations can now be administered before, after, or at the same time as your COVID-19 vaccinations. The exception to this is the Zostavax (shingles) vaccine where a 7-day gap before or after receiving the Pfizer COVID-19 is advised. If you have any questions, please discuss with your health provider.

Operation Under Level 2

The COVID-19 immunisation hubs are operating at COVID-19 Alert Level 2.
Measures are in place ensuring safety for you and our staff.

Before entering the immunisation hubs, our staff will be screening consumers for risk of exposure to COVID-19 and COVID-19 symptoms. Screening is critical to breaking the chain of transmission of COVID-19 and maintaining staff and consumer safety.

- Consumers should wear a face covering (their own or a medical mask provided) at all times.

- 2 metre physical distancing will be required and mandated throughout the hub.

- Numbers of consumers within the building will be restricted.

- Perspex/physical barriers between staff and consumers, will be in place.

We recommend that if you need to rebook your appointment visit bookmyvaccine.nz
