Platinum Community Care offers a Country Retreat Day Centre and in-home respite care for clients and families who wish to remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible.
We can provide a pick up and drop off service to our day centre for the Rodney and Hibiscus Coast areas.
Our day centre is set on a lifestyle block and provides a variety of stimulating client-centred activities, which include Cognitive Stimulation Therapy, Animal Therapy and meaningful occupations throughout the day. We work with and alongside people living with Dementia, Stroke, Parkinson's, TBI etc.
We accept referrals through the WDHB Needs Assessment Services as well as from GPs and Specialists and we work closely with Dementia Auckland.
Platinum can also provide in-home respite care for evenings and overnight care.
