Today

Description

Te Omanga Hospice provides specialist nursing, medical care and family support to help patients living with a terminal or life limiting illness in the Hutt Valley.

We work closely with you and your family to control pain and other symptoms you may be experiencing to enable you and your family/whānau to make the most of life. Our approach is holistic. Our team recognises that you may need help with many things – both physical and emotional.

Our specialist Palliative Care is delivered by an experienced Multidisciplinary Team who become familiar with the background and present needs of a patient and their family. We work together with your GP and other health professionals involved in your care to make sure you have access to advice and support 24 hours a day.
