Ngāti Awa Social & Health Services Trust (NASH) is one of the largest integrated Māori providers is the Eastern Bay of Plenty offering a range of services including Education, Health and Social Services.

Our health services provide nurse led clinical care that offers support/education to individuals & whānau around long term conditions such as : 

  • Diabetes
  • Heart problems
  • Respiratory Conditions

This support/education is specific to health conditions, lifestyle, medications and health screenings are also provided.

Services can be home based or in a clinical setting.
