Diabetes Podiatry Service - People with diabetes have a high risk of foot ulcers and other complications.  The Diabetes Podiatry Service checks how well you can feel your feet, check for any areas that may be in danger of ulceration and test the blood supply to your legs and feet. Read more here

Fracture Liaison Service - The Fracture Liaison Service team (FLS) helps people with low trauma or fragility fractures (eg when you have broken a bone from a standing height). Read more here

Maintaining Independence - Maintaining Independence incorporates our Fracture Liaison Service for post fracture falls and fracture prevention and In-Home Strength and Balance for patients who are at risk of falling.

Community Cardiac Rehabilitation Programme – A group-based service to support people to get back to living a full and active life after a heart event or diagnosis. 

Respiratory Physiotherapist Service – A personalised programme for managing symptoms, improving exercise levels and ensuring you can ‘sneeze with ease and cough with confidence'.
