Youth mentoring / development
Tui Ora Youth Service helps young people aged between 16-18 to access education, training or work-based learning. These young people are Not in Education Employment or Training (NEET) or are receiving a Work and Income Youth Payment (YP) or Young Parent Payment (YPP). Kaimahi support taiohi to identify strengths, develop goals, and work towards their aspirations by developing a plan. Kaimahi also facilitate and support taiohi access to courses including budgeting, parenting, and work readiness. Offices based in New Plymouth and Hāwera.
