Description
All of the services provided by the Waikato Family Centre are free and available to any family / whānau who are struggling with concerns they have relating to their babies and under two-year-olds. Our services are free of charge for everyone in the community and the greater Waikato including Thames, Tokoroa, Tauranga, Huntly and Raglan.
Referrals come from Mothercraft, Plunket, GPs, Midwives, Maternal Mental Health, Paediatrics and self-referrals, making it easy for families to access our service.
Our centre provides up to an hour consultations or families can spend the day with us to assess and support with their concerns.
Staff
Our dedicated, passionate Health Professionals consist of a Nurse Manager, Officer Administrator, Registered Nurses, Karitane Nurses and Volunteers.
