WellSouth - B-Well, Falls & Fracture Prevention Team

Description

The Falls and Fracture Prevention Team is a small team of nurses and allied health professionals.

Our team are passionate about keeping older people well and independent. Positive ageing is about providing the best quality of life for older people. A joint initiative by the Ministry of Health, Health Quality and Safety Commission and ACC aims to keep older adults safe on their feet and reduce injuries from falls.
