Dani has seven years’ experience working in physio, with a biomechanics background and a special interest in sports and athlete development, including youth in sport. Prior to having a child, Dani has played netball and tennis to a regional level, and beach volleyball and volleyball to an international level, which sparked her interest in injury prevention through optimum biomechanics.
Her prior work includes golf physiotherapy , high school sevens rugby and volleyball sports physio, as well as working in a medical practice with general population injuries and post surgical rehab. She prides herself on evidence-based best practice and implementing patient-centred rehab protocols.
