Mike is a Specialist Periodontist, relaxed and friendly he has an excellent array of skills. Graduating from Dentistry at Otago University in 1989, then working extensively in NZ, Australia and the UK before moving onto Periodontics; gums, implants and surgery of various kinds.
Mike started and operated a large rural Dental Practice in Suffolk UK. The practice incorporated several specialist disciplines into a team approach to high quality restorative care.
Returning home to NZ with wife Sarah Bell and their 3 children, Mike continued his studies to gain a Doctorate in clinical Periodontics. He now works in Dunedin, Alexandra, and Christchurch as a Specialist Periodontist. Mike is a senior lecturer at Otago Dental School while researching maxillary sinus grafting.
