Dr Adam Watson

Qualifications

MB ChB 1991 Otago; FRANZCO 2004

Interests

Adam has experience in the assessment and treatment of difficult surgical cases through his fellowship work in centres that other eye doctors refer cases to, as well as in his work at Eye Institute and as a consultant with Counties Manukau DHB.

He feels that his combination of specialist interests are complementary, enabling him to address problems affecting the front of the eye (cataract, corneal disorders, the ocular surface) as well as tear drainage, eyelids and the upper face.

This combination of experience allows him to approach disorders of the front of the eye and its surrounding structures with a greater understanding of how to achieve the best results.
