Dr Maneka Deo

Maneka is a New Zealand-trained specialist dermatologist. She grew up in Tamaki Makaurau and completed her medical degree at the University of Auckland before working in junior doctor positions in the Auckland region, and later undertaking dermatology specialist training in Christchurch and Hamilton.

She then completed a two-year international fellowship at the University Health Network, Canada in Advanced Medical Dermatology at Toronto Western Hospital before returning to Auckland to practice. She is located at Remuera Dermatology with an interest in general dermatology and skin cancer. She is also appointed as a dermatology consultant at Middlemore Hospital and an Honorary Senior Lecturer at the University of Auckland.
