Dr Zach Kidman

Dr Zach Kidman is a Fellow of the Australasian College of Phlebology and a Fellow of the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners. He obtained his medical degree from Auckland University and went on to complete four years of advanced study specialising in the treatment of venous disorders.

Zach has worked in private vein practice in Wellington and Auckland for over nine years treating conditions including Varicose Veins, Spider Veins and Venous Ulcers.

Zach’s special interests lie within the diagnosis and treatment of varicose veins. He particularly specialises in the treatment of varicose veins using Endovenous Thermal Ablation (Endovenous Laser Ablation (EVLA), Radio Frequency Ablation (RFA) and Ultrasound Guided Sclerotherapy (UGS).  He is also interested in discussing non-procedural management options for patients who prefer lifestyle focused changes or for whom procedural management may not be indicated.
