Called in this morning while to get my boyfriend checked in to see the receptionist that he’s not well and he’s having breathing difficulties and I’ve been a patient with this clinic for the last 15 years. I’ve been seeing Dr Salam who is been great doctor for me and I want to see the same doctor again if possible, but the receptionist told me no we can’t fit you in You need to go to Askia or you need to go to the hospital just got anywhere but not here no Walkins we can’t fit you in and just hang up on me as a practice in a family medical Centre. I expected way better Susan that there was so rude of her to do that Ben, the local doctor that we’ve always been to . I mean how was it? My fault of the doctors are short. I don’t want him to be sick, but we can’t help if he is sick .
Muzz, so that’s the first time I have been spoken to like that by calling our family medical Centre and needs when someone’s is sick . It’s very rude to speak to someone like that. I’m not professional. I’m sure Ali Newman will be very upset to hear his stuff. I’ll speaking to the patients like this I’m very disappointed.

She told me to go to East care for another doctor and she was very rude. I have never spoken to anyone like this.
