Description

Health NewLynn is a practice established in 2013 through the amalgamation of four local medical centres: Golf Road Medical Centre, Kinross Family Medical Centre, New Lynn Medical Centre, Titirangi Family Health Care, into one practice. This change was driven by the desire to provide a higher quality of care.

Health NewLynn is open 8am - 6pm 5 days a week with your regular doctors and nurses easily accessible through face to face, phone and video consultations. HEALTH NEW LYNN offers walk in clinics open 8am -12pm, 1.30pm - 4pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 2pm Saturday. Other services located at Totara Health include audiology, cardiology, dermatology, midwifery, musculoskeletal, ophthalmology, orthopaedic, psychology, physiotherapy, podiatry, and nutritionist services.

Health New Lynn is taking visitor patients and providing Immigration Medical check ups.

Health New Lynn is also providing  LARC services, ear suction and spirometry to casual patients.

Health New Lynn supports the concept of continuity of care and supports the role of General Practitioners in providing continuity of care to their patients in all settings, both directly and by coordination of care with the health care team and other health care professionals.

The facility is based around a core of general practice services, but is in no way limited to this.
