Profile

Victoria was born in Dunedin and graduated from medical school here in 2009. She worked in hospitals in Wellington, Auckland, and Dunedin, including four years as a specialist obstetrics registrar training in women’s health, before switching to general practice for greater continuity of care. She really enjoys meeting a whole range of people of different ages and stages.

Victoria aims to listen well, keep up to date with guidelines and provide respectful care in partnership with you.

Victoria also works as a Senior Lecturer for the University of Otago Women’s Health Department and has a special interest in women’s health problems. She is happy to see you with any concerns you may have about heavy or irregular bleeding, contraception, menopause, pelvic organ prolapse, or incontinence, and is able to insert intrauterine contraceptive devices, Jadelle subdermal implants or vaginal pessaries.

In her spare time, she mainly runs around after her three children but also loves reading, drinking tea and creative writing
