Hi Melvin, apologies that the lab form wasn't there. Unfortunately it seems the text was sent in error. We certainly appreciate that your time is important so I am sorry your time was wasted. Very hard to make an appointment, takes over 30 to respond ,even the reception answer the call they will suddenly cut the line so I will need to call and wait again.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that you have been having trouble with making an appointment. We have had some issues with our phone system lately and also extra staff off sick with winter illnesses. We are working to fix both these issues. I don't believe our staff would choose to deliberately stop calls part way through a conversation so that is hopefully part of our phone system which is being looked at. Another way to book appointments is through our portal and where you can make your own appointments online. Please discuss this with our receptionists or nurses when you are next in or speaking with them. If issues continue, please let me know, reagrds Jenny Goldsmith - Practice Manager

Dr. Patel is very efficient, the staff is mostly nice and trying to help, some receptionists need to smile more but that’s not an issue as they probably under pressure. Jannet the Senior Administration is great helper in special cases, and we always face them. Thank you for a great job.
