My parents have been patients at this clinic for over 15 years, since moving to the new Northcote location, we have found the new environment to be very nice and comfortable.
They continue to see Dr. Guo who is kind and patient and dedicated to finding the best solutions for their health concerns.
Janet at the front desk is a standout professional- is consistently helpful and ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently, we also had a good experience with the Chinese nurse on duty this morning, who was both understanding of my parents ' needs.
