I have been going to GIta for years very friendly as are the nurses and receptionists and very cheap prices .

I went and there was nothing there and got sent away . My time is important just like you

Hi Melvin, apologies that the lab form wasn't there. Unfortunately it seems the text was sent in error. We certainly appreciate that your time is important so I am sorry your time was wasted.
