The majority of routine vaccinations can now be administered before, after, or at the same time as your COVID-19 vaccinations. The exception to this is the Zostavax (shingles) vaccine where a 7-day gap before or after receiving the Pfizer COVID-19 is advised. If you have any questions, please discuss with your health provider.

Description
Avondale Family Doctor offers comprehensive medical care for enrolled patients. The sole GP; Nasir Khan, two nurses; Pam and Nileshnee, and receptionists; Kylie and Kym, aim to provide prompt friendly service, with a full range of general practice, family medical and emergency care.
The nurses run special appointments for cardio-vascular risk assessment, diabetes care management, well women's checks and sexual health screening. Childhood immunisations are encouraged and travel vaccination and health care advice is available.
