We are a family-oriented General Practice offering a range of general practice services. Please see below under "Services" for a list of services offered by our practice.

We have off-street parking and wheelchair access.

We are taking enrolments with Dr Sivani Surendran, Dr Quirino Shin and Dr Mohan Chitgopeker

Extra charges may apply on weekends and for added services such as cervical smears, injections, ECG etc. For patients who are not enrolled or not funded at our practice the fees range up to $68.00 for a standard consultation.
