My prescription has not been issued in a timely manner for the second time. Despite me calling up multiple times today, I have been told there’s nothing they can do and I’ll have to wait 5 days given the Easter public holidays. My gp is great but any steps after that i.e talking with reception (if you can get a hold of them) and receiving required sign off is abysmal and infuriating.
