Patient Portal
A patient portal is a secure online tool provided by GP practices that can allow convenient access to your health information as well as interaction with the practice e.g. booking appointments and requesting repeat prescriptions.
We use the ManageMyHealth portal - enrolled patients can book appointments, request repeat prescriptions and also access ther test results (labs, xrays) and hospital or specialist letters. Patients can also message their nurse or GP.
