Friday Feb 27th, caught 2 busses from West Auck. Didn't bother with an appt - whatever time of day I ask for, receptionist gives me the opposite. Arrived at 12:45, with literally 2 other people in the waiting room. Reception told me to come back 3:30. This was around Cyclone Gabrielle, so it was raining all day and week. Walking around aggravated my back problem, so I came back 2:45. She b*tched & moaned about me being early. I basically told her 'too bad'. She huffed & puffed & went back to banging away on her keyboard, using 2 fingers at 10 wpm, lol. 😆 She basically has no power in her own life, so gets off on any little power trip she can. Avoid dealing with her as much as possible is my best suggestion. Doctors appt itself was fine, as per usual. Must be difficult getting decent help these days. 🤷‍♂️

My name is Nora Titzoff I visit family in eastern europe, you people have no idea how good you have. In my country only very rich can afford health care. To tarnish business because you had waiting longer than expect is not good reason I think. Dr. Chand is good doctor.

Very nice doctor and person generally. She has been my GP for over 20 years. Never had a problem.
