Levin Family Health is a New Medical Centre that provides essential primary care services in the Horowhenua and Wider Districts communities with a dynamic team approach. Our legacy is that of compassionate healthcare, within the brief opening time of our clinic we have earned a reputation as a trusted healthcare provider, and we go that extra mile in most (if not all) cases to ensure your health is at the forefront of our services.

After hours: We partner with Ka Ora Telecare to provide same day virtual GP appointments for enrolled patients, as an extension of our regular medical centre team.
Ka Ora Telecare is available weekdays from 5pm to 8.30am and 24/7 weekends/public holidays.
