Description

We have a purpose built medical centre offering a full range of medical services, including being fully equipped to deal with emergency care.

We have bronze standard Cornerstone accreditation from the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners.

All doctors have additional diplomas and/or Fellowship degrees.

We offer:

  • The convenience of online health with the MyIndici patient portal – your health at your fingertips anytime/anywhere
  • Weekly ear suctioning clinics (aged 18+ years only)
  • Spirometry testing
  • Diabetes Clinics
  • Skin check clinics (spring/summer)
  • Pathlab onsite
  • X-ray and ultrasound available weekly with Hamilton Radiology (alternate Mondays, and every Tuesday & Thursday 8.30am-3pm)
  • Visiting specialties include Dietitian, Diabetes Nurse Specialist and mental health nurses. Wolfe Hearing hold monthly hearing clinics and hearing aid advice (bookings phone 0800 300 303)
  • After hours Saturdays 9am to 12noon.  After hours fees apply.

After hours: We partner with Ka Ora Telecare to provide same day virtual GP appointments for enrolled patients, as an extension of our regular medical centre team.  

Ka Ora Telecare is available weekdays from 5pm to 8.30am and 24/7 weekends/public holidays.

Mahoe Med in Te Awamutu (07) 872 0923 has extended after hours.  8am-8pm weekdays and weekends 9-3pm.  Outside of these hours, Anglesea Clinic in Hamilton is open 24 hours.  Ph (07) 858 0800 or Walk-In.  Please ensure you phone ahead.
