Not able to come in for an appointment?
We provide phone consultations with our doctors. You can call our reception team to find out which type of consultation would be best for you. Usual consult charges apply for these bookings.
Consults are by appointment only. Our standard consultation time is 15 minutes.
Health 365 - Patient Portal
Our patient portal is Health 365. You will need to enrol with the reception team by calling or popping into the clinic. You can use Health 365 to book appointments with your GP, view recent blood test results, order your medication and more.
Prescription Orders
To order a prescription, please call us on (09)299 9666 and select option number 2. You will be prompted to leave a message with your name, date of birth, the medication you require and the pharmacy you would like it sent to.
Or; you can order your regular items on Health 365.
Please order your prescription before you run out of medication, as processing can take up to 48hours.
