Excellent service .
Receptionist did a great job in handling the high volume of incoming calls while, at the same time, catering for the needs of those of us waiting at front desk. Hard worker, very pleasant & professional.
Doctors are great , communicate at a level I can understand . Trust worthy and very respectful . Highly recommended

The receptionist/admin team seem to struggle with understanding English, making notes, and following up. Communication is difficult; at one point the receptionist made me spell out 'smear' over and over and didn't seem to know what it was. Due to this experience, I didn't end up booking my smear that year, so the results of this negligence are not insignificant. There are small fees for everything—this practice seems to care more about making a buck than the convenience and experience of their patients. Their after-care is lacking and I have found myself having to Google the negative side-effects of meds rather than having my doctor point out what these could be and how the prescribed meds could impact my life. After many frustrating experiences including a female doctor making presumptuous and demeaning remarks, I have had enough of this practice and moved on. I really think doctors here need to inform their patients more and probe deeper into their clients' ailments in order to 1. Properly diagnose, and 2. Ensure meds are safe and won't interfere with the quality of life, or cause injury. (Unfortunately, I have experienced both a lacking diagnosis, and serious injury and harm possibly caused by meds prescribed to me at this clinic).

Solely because of the receptionist. I felt very small. After she finished speaking to a man with no mask, who also had a wife sitting down with no mask. I was asked to put on a mask. Unfortunately I didn’t have one and asked kindly if she could provide one. She had none. Dr Islam had just walked out and talked to my sons and he also had no mask. She kindly asked me to go buy one or get one from countdown. I have one infant and 2 children 5 and under, it’s not easy going around. Although there were people in the waiting area with no mask I GOT TOLD to wear a mask and go grab one from outside if I didn’t have one. She then went on to talk a man who just got out of an appointment with no mask. Listening she mentioned no mask to him either. Because my appointment was in 4 min and I didn’t have time to grab a mask with my 3 kids I went out n just picked up a mask from the floor to make her happy just so I wouldn’t be late for my appointment. I find it incredibly rude. N it was the last thing I needed on this day. I don’t mind keeping the guidelines and regulations, but I’m going to be told to do something like this n other people are allowed then I have a problem n feel incredibly undervalued.
