Queen Street Surgery is a modern and innovative medical practice situated in Levin. Our medical team are health professionals with diverse skills who provide expert quality care and friendly advice to individuals and families in our community.
Our team is made up of GPs (see details below under “General Practitioners”) and:
Practice Manager: Norma
Nursing Staff: Noeleen, Sunita, Helen, Ashleigh and Jo.
Receptionist: Dot, Kim and Liss.

We will be open for emergencies only in the week between Christmas and New Years.
