This practice provides COVID-19 testing to enrolled patients either between 2pm and 4pm. Please call the practice nurse 320 0168 option 2 for more information or to book in.

Testing for Travel

This clinic provides pre-departure testing for enrolled people who are travelling. Please call to book an appointment. These tests will require pre-payment.

Description

The mission statement of Stonefields Medical Centre is the provision of a high quality, dedicated GP service for patients of all ages and backgrounds. We aim to improve patient access to health services, to enable greater patient participation, ownership and control in managing their health. Payment Policy:
Payment is expected at the end of each consultation or upon request of a script/ referral letter.We accept cash, eftpos or payment through internet banking.

If paying online, please include your name or patient chart number as a reference. A $15 administration fee applies to any accounts not paid within 7 days. If the account remains overdue after 90 days, a further $30 administration fee will be charged and referral to a debt collection agency will be made.
