Description
The mission statement of Stonefields Medical Centre is the provision of a high quality, dedicated GP service for patients of all ages and backgrounds. We aim to improve patient access to health services, to enable greater patient participation, ownership and control in managing their health. Payment Policy:
Payment is expected at the end of each consultation or upon request of a script/ referral letter. We accept cash, eftpos, payment through internet banking, or over the phone via authorised, secure CNP process.

If the account remains overdue after 90 days, a further $30 administration fee will be charged and referral to a debt collection agency will be made.

and from 1st December to 14th March UnifyHealth is available for virtual GP appointments.
enrolled patients with CSC cards who book through book.unifyhealth.co.nz will be charged the usual fee. Simply register then click on the orange CareHQ See A GP Now button. CSC cardholder discounts are automatically calculated, and patients with no CSC card will automatically receive a $10.00 discount on CareHQ consultations when booking through Unifyhealth ... patient will be charged a reduced price of $69.95 (down from $79.95)
