Consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional reception staff. The lady with short hair and glasses has shown a clear pattern of eye rolling, cutting people off mid-sentence, condescending remarks, and dishonesty. We’ve seen this on many visits over several years, with us and with other patients. This is not an isolated incident, other reviews here say the same. Most doctors and nurses are good, but the front desk sets the tone, and this behavior has driven us to move our family’s registration elsewhere
