We are a well-established medical centre in Te Atatū South, West Auckland. We offer a full range of general practice services including a professional skin clinic. We have served our community for many decades and have always gone the extra mile to understand the needs of our patients. Consultations are by appointment only and our standard consultation time is 15 minutes. Double appointments can be booked at an additional cost.
Patients with RESPIRATORY SYMPTOMS (cough, sore throat, runny nose etc) may be asked to take a COVID-19 RAT test prior to their appointment. Masks will be requested to be worn by those with respiratory symptoms.
Doctors are available for virtual consults, call reception to book a virtual consult with our doctors.
Please be patient and kind to our team — our staff work extremely hard to support our patients at all times. If our phone lines are busy, please email us and a team member will get back to you as soon as possible.
Registered patients can book online via the Health365 patient portal, please let us know if you would like to have access to this so we can register you.
AFTER HOURS : If it's after hours or if one of our doctors is not available, you can get a virtual GP consultation with a real doctor by using CareHQ, from 7am-10pm, 7 days per week.
White Cross Lincoln Road - after-hours care available 24/7 when we are closed (after-hours, weekends, and public holidays).
