The Doctors Huapai 

We are a family centered surgery offering a full range of general practice services to you and your family.

Consultation Times are by appointment only. Our standard GP and nurse consultation time is 15 minutes. One or two issues can be dealt with per 15 minute visit. Please make a double appointment if you have multiple health issues to discuss - please advise reception when booking.

Please let us know if you are unable to make your appointment so that we are able to offer it to someone else.  Due to demand for appointments, missed appointments will be charged if we are not notified.

Patient Facilities

The Doctors Huapai is fully accessible for those with disabilities and in wheelchairs. We have ample parking behind the medical centre and disabled toilet facilities. Please let us know when booking an appointment if you will require any assistance on arrival.

Mon – Fri 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

For out of hours service, please call 09 412 9133 and you will automatically redirected to the after hours nursing service for advice. You will advised who the on call doctor is for the area if needed.

After hours: We partner with Ka Ora Telecare to provide same day virtual GP appointments for enrolled patients, as an extension of our regular medical centre team.  

Ka Ora Telecare is available weekdays from 5pm to 8.30am and 24/7 weekends/public holidays.
