We welcome the patients from Port Nicholson Medical Centre, who are now enrolled at Thorndon Medical Centre. Port Nicholson is combining with Thorndon Medical Centre effective Monday 2 December, with all exiting Port Nicholson staff joining the Thorndon team.

This practice is accepting some new patients to enrol, but with restrictions.
We are currently welcoming enrolments from those who meet one of the following criteria:
- Your residential address is in Thorndon, Pipitea, Wellington Central (suburb), Kelburn, Northland, Wilton, Wadestown, Crofton Downs, Ngaio, Khandallah or Kaiwharawhara;
- You are a member of a diplomatic mission and primarily reside in the Wellington Region
- You are the partner or child of a current enrolled Thorndon Medical Centre patient and reside at the same address. *
