Description

Waikohu Health Centre is the GP practice of Turanga Health.

Turanga Health is built on a vision of ‘kia whai oranga-a-whānau mo nga whakatipuranga’ - ‘building family wellness for future generations’. 

Turanga Health's general practice service is one of the few in New Zealand that is classified as a special area practice. The area we cover goes from the Gisborne side of the Kaitaratahi Bridge, across to the top end of Lavenham Rd, and out to Whatatutu, Motu and Matawai.

We are a free service for patients in the Waikohu area. Please contact us for our fees if you are outside of this area.

We are only accepting new enrolments from patients within the Waikohu area.

9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

After Hours Cover:

Phone GP practice and follow instructions. You will be transferred to a GP Afterhours Service who will direct you
