This practice provides Covid-19 testing to all enrolled Horowhenua GP enrolled patients and casual patients when rostered on afterhours. Testing times vary, please phone us (06) 368 1402 to make an appointment. Bookings are essential, no walk-ins.

Open on Public Holidays : 8:00AM to 3:30PM

The Horowhenua After Hours Clinic is part of the Horowhenua Doctors Duty Roster. This is jointly run by Drs from the following practices:

• Masonic Medical Centre
• Tararua Medical Centre
• Horowhenua Community Practice
• Queen St Surgery
• Te Waiora Community Health Service (Foxton)
• Levin Family Health

Monday to Friday:  The location of the after hours clinic changes depending on which practice is on duty. 

Weekends and Public Holidays:  The location of the after hours clinic changes depending on which practice is on duty. 

After Hours: We partner with Practice Plus to provide same day virtual after-hours GP appointments for enrolled patients, as an extension of our regular medical centre team.

Practice Plus is available weekdays 5pm-10pm and weekends/public holidays 8am-8pm.
