Although a long wait due to so many people to be seen. The nurse and doctor were amazing.

We attended on Sunday March 12 and offered exceptional care and advice. Thank you to staff at front desk and especially to nurses and Dr Mitul Jesani.

Amazing service from ALL staff. They were VERY busy on Boxing Day, BUT the wait time is NOT long considering the extended wait times at other after hour A&E clinics & hospitals. The staff were wonderfully empathetic, respectful & caring despite working in very difficult circumstances where a VERY small, vocal number of patients seemed to have highly unrealistic expectstions from them. I broke my elbow Xmas Day & attended Boxing Day. Dr. Kirin Tan showed amazing skill, knowledge & care in reading the X-RAYS picking up major issues. He diligently followed up with the Orthopaedic Surgical Registar, & followed this advice completely. Ultimately, through his real care, knowledge & diligence, he ensured a CT Scan was carried out, resulting in surgery being required for an open reduction and internal fixation of the elbow fractures. From what we viewed on repeat attendances to the clinic, the clinic triages patients & has a senior nurse assess each patient very promptly, sending those requiring Xray there promptly. Definitely the overall comments from the LARGE majority we heard by those waiting was the thankfulness to have such an outstanding, professional service for the Franklin / Pukekohe area. The service was totally outstanding with exceptional attitudes from every staff member. Thank you Urgent Care A&E Franklin, Mercy Radiology, & Dr. Kirin Tan. We have already been advising friends & family to attend Urgent Care A&E Franklin.

Worst service patients waiting for 5 hours.. my cousin got back pain and can’t sit and he had to wait more than 4 hours which leads to more pain

Empathetic response from all staff ( we have a special needs daughter). Treated with great respect, promptly as they could manage - as she has huge anxieties, and appreciated the good advice and treatment from Dr. Kirin Tan

Waited 5 hours and still not seen by any doctor. Seems to be the normal if i read the other comments. Head of centre talking to other patients and telling them that she did not vote for Jasinda and that the goverment promised them more doctors, where are they she asked all because she had 4 doctors scheduled for today, 1 is off sick with Covid and the another just said he is sick and going home. Seems like there was a plan A to have 4 doctors but No plan B if something went wrong. But hey She has time to advertise all other crap. Maybe she should have focussed on getting more doctors in. Just a thought !!!

My 3yo son has got head injury, we waited for almost 3hrs just to be seen. One of the nurse there is rude, she made the wrong assesment, she even said she has been doing it for 22 yrs, and she didnt think it is an emergency because we were asking to be seen as soon as possible. And she just let us wait, with me holding wet flannel on an open cut wound on my son's forehead. There is no concern at all, i even asked clean gauze and bandage from the reception because we cannot wait for long holding that dirty flannel. Where it should have been offered at least during that time. I understand that they put cardiac/heart issues at first, but im sure those 9 patients before us are not all cardiac patients. When we saw the dr after 3hrs, she said, 'i wish we should have seen him earlier' because the cut is so deep and we can see his skull already when she opened the bandage. I was so dissapointed that it took almost 3hrs with a case like this, esp head injury and esp children. I would commend the dr who saw my son thou and the other nurse who helped her, both of them are calm and you can feel their concern with their patient. Im giving no star to the nurse who assesed us.
